The road leads to Ray hamlet, An Quang Huu commune

In the midst of the hot noon weather that begins the summer, walking on a small winding road following the coconut trees, the wind blowing, we caught the image of Ms. Tram Phuong Loan- a gentlewoman with a radiant smile.

Recalling the first days when the project started in the village, Ms. Loan was just an ordinary woman with farming work and housework in her family. She participated less in village activities also less contributed opinions in common tasks, especially in infrastructure construction.

She took us on a walk along the path that she and her fellow villagers made with support from the Irish Government. The road was constructed over a month, stretching from the hamlet culture house to the production area.

As she walked, Ms. Loan excitedly shared: “I joined the project as an accountant and financial manager of the community group. After the training, I and members of the community group started to organize the construction of the project.
