The Project “Pilot of Community-based Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of communal infrastructures in Program 135” has completed training content on Community Management and Result-based management for the government staff of CPC of the six project communes and staff of Program 135 at different levels. Participants of the training courses were representatives of the Ethnic Department of Hoa Binh province; Ethnic bureau of Kim Boi, Ky Son and Lac Son districts. The trainings took place from 11 to 12 July, attracted the participation of more than 40 participants.
Result-based management is a new management approach, now hardly be applied to the management of the CPC in the project area and Program 135 at locality. Mr. Bach Cong Quynh, Chairman of Du Sang CPC after training sympathized fully and shared: “We already know how to manage based on result, building and planning for local projects. The knowledge acquired we will apply to plan for local works to ensure feasibility and sustainable use “./.
