The Center for Research on Community Development Initiatives (RIC) is a non-profit scientific and technological organization under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA), established under Decision No. 1160/QD-LHH dated August 28, 2009 of the Union and operating under the scientific and technological activity registration certificate No. 865 issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology on September 11, 2009 and re-issued on March 3, 2016.
