THE RIC’S SOCIAL MEDIA SKILL TRAINING COURSE AT SUOI GIANG COMMUNE, VAN CHAN DISTRICT, YEN BAI PROVINCE

I am a new staff at the RIC Center but I am fortunate to be facilitated by everyone to participate in a training course about social media skills. According to the pre-announced training schedule, at 9 am on April 13, we started to move to Suoi Giang commune, Van Chan district, Yen Bai province. The fresh air and cool atmosphere here make me feel excited because this is the first time I have been trained in a remote place from Hanoi.

Our training place was a Tra Dao classroom, I was extremely impressed by the layout as well as the warm and intimate space in this room. It gave me a strange passion also enthusiasm to participate in this new training course. There is a room that is used to teach about Tra Dao for pupils in Suoi Giang commune, Van Chan district, Yen Bai province. Every detail gives me ideas for how to do this during the training session

RIC staff members are listening attentively to expert communication

The atmosphere was very serious but equally exciting, all the staff of the Center enthusiastically participated, contrary to the initial surprise.

One member excitedly shared the results that he had learned

The knowledge that media experts gave us seems strange and complicated but turns out to be extremely close, practically to our daily work. We not only learned the media in each project but also had a new overview, step-by-step working out to have an effective media plan. How to take photos, record media videos beautifully and attractively? How to have the effective title and content for the media publications of the Center? How to attract more people to know about RIC’s media project? How to evaluate the media project results after each project ends? There are many questions related to media that were answered to us by 02 experts through this very meaningful and unique training session.

Training on social media skills of the RIC Center

After the time of listening and exchanging practice, relaxing activities are indispensable. Some small games not only entertain and practice media skills, but especially helpful to connect RIC members together and understand each other better.

Everyone played a small game in the break time

RIC staff is excited to practice what she learned during the training session

At the end of the training session, although having only one day for the course, not only me but also the members of RIC have changed, improved our knowledge and social media skills, especially implementation on the project.
