On 3 July, at the meeting hall of CPC of Hop Dong commune, Kim Boi district a workshop was held to appraise maintenance and operation plans in 2015 of community-based groups. Attending were Mr. Bach Tien Sy, Chairman of the CPC; Mr. Bui Van Kim, Party Secretary; communal government staff who are responsible for Traffic and Irrigation and more than 60 people who are members of 10 community groups involved in.

Planned budget for operation and maintenance in 2015 was more than 130 million Vietnam Dong. Maintenance of irrigation works, underground traffic were prioritized.

Review the plan, Mr. Bach Tien Sy said, “All the plans of community groups is approved by appraisal council and integrated in the list of works need maintaining in 2015, current budget is limited thus should be prioritized for key works, practical works. 03 works including Na Mang ditch, Loi underground bank, Cuong bank are 04 key works need prioritizing immediately. The community groups that was being trained in knowledge, technique thus we have to manage better than 135 program, construct better than contractors to ensure lasting effective “./.
