On 24 and 25 August, 2015 a training course organized on project management, monitoring and evaluation with participation of more than 25 people who are members of various community groups. This activity was within the framework of the project “Pilot of Community-based Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of communal infrastructures in Program 135” sponsored by Irish Aid.
After the training course, a member of community based group in Trao village, Hop Dong commune said: “I already know how to build a monitoring plan to monitor maintenance activities of the ditch work. Applying the trained knowledge in practicing, maintaining ditches upcoming will be better”
